Charles Hodge

From the LORD comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people.

Psalm 3:8
The New International Version

When John Wesley was first converted he retired from the world to study. One day an old man said to him: “Sir, if you wish to serve God, you can’t serve Him alone. You must find companions or make them. The Bible knows nothing of solitary religion.” From that day, John Wesley’s fellowship warmed all England.
